Angela and Lucas ~ I Do

in

Yay! First Wedding of the new year:) Angela and Lucas were the perfect start for me! Both so sweet and up for anything. They were married at the beautiful Immaculate Conception Catholic Church followed by a reception at the Buffalo Valley Event Center. I really loved how this venue looked and the people who work there were on top of their game:) 

We started the day at a friend's house and it was fabulous with lots of space and window lighting which is always a great combination for good photos. 

Angela has the most amazing smile! 

These were some great bridesmaids! Thank you ladies! Take special attention to the hand made bouquets full of antique brooches and pins. Good idea Angela!

Below: Reception Time ~ Some of my favorite details/moments at the reception included a photo booth. Not just any photo booth, but they had a couch, lots of props, open frames, and their names hanging above with adorable decorations around. You can kind of get an idea on the last photo. My favorite moment had to be when Lucas surprised Angela with a song he had written for her and as you will see, this was a hit:)

Stacie and Brandon ~ I Do

Stacie and Brandon are just fun to be around! They know who they are and their bubbly personalities are very contagious. They were married at Little Chapel in the Woods in Denton, TX followed by a great night at the Denton Woman's Club full of dancing, dinner, delicious cupcakes, and tiramisu cake ( the dessert they ate on their first date):) I loved all the elements in this wedding including their personal style. Here are my favorites!

April and Shawn ~ I Do

April and Shawn were married on November 20th in Buffalo Gap, TX. I am a sucker for outdoor weddings and they had a beautiful outdoor ceremony right in their backyard. Not just any backyard, a backyard with an amazing view.

I was honored to capture their wedding day and I'm ready to share it with you:) Here are my favorites!

Kate and Branson ~ I Do

I have been so excited to post this wedding! Kate and Branson were married in Waller, TX which is just outside of Houston at Houston Oaks Golf Course. The weather projected for the day was either rain or snow and thank goodness, neither one of those happened and it was the most beautiful day! I loved Kate's mindset for the day which was to live in each moment and it was easy for me to get wrapped up in their day as well. Kate and Branson are so in love and I was squealing with excitement when I finally got time with just them! And then I got to the reception and more squealing, but on the inside of course:) There were so many wonderful details! Take a look!

Melanie and Houston ~ I Do

in

Melanie and Houston were married in Amarillo, TX. They are such a sweet couple with adorable families and I felt so blessed to have the opportunity to shoot their wedding day. The church had big stain glass windows that let in amazing light for the day:) Another bonus was all of the great details! Once again, great couple and great day!! Here are my favorites!

Addie and Patrick ~ I Do

in

Addie and Patrick were married in Levelland, TX followed by an awesome reception at the Watson building in downtown Lubbock. Addie and Patrick are were fun to work with. My first five seconds with Patrick was trying to figure out who he was. I asked Patrick who I didn't know at the time who was sitting with Addie's brother who I didn't know at the time and asked which one was Patrick. Patrick pointed to Addie's brother and I went on to introduce myself. Oh what a trickster! These two are very sweet and easy to work with and I loved following you around on your special day! Enjoy!

Kristen and Ryan ~ I Do

in

Oh happy day!! Kristen and Ryan are beautiful people inside and out and what a blessing it was to shoot their wedding day. They were married at St. Marty Leonard Chapel followed by a beautiful reception at the Fort Worth Club. This was my first A.M. wedding and I got to say, I loved it. Right after getting ready, it was straight to the church to say I do. Not too many nerves could build up by then:) They decided to see each other before the ceremony and it was one of the sweetest I've seen. Ryan told her she looked just like he had imagined her to look like:) Love it! I was guilty crying a time or two..it happens:) Here are my favorites from the day.

Dina and Robby ~ I Do: San Antonio, TX

Dina and Robby were married at River Rock Ranch in San Antonio, TX. Beautiful venue, beautiful couple, and beautiful moments all around! The whole day was full of heartfelt and sincere moments from friends and family. I seriously love my job and was so happy to capture this blessed event! Congratulations Dina and Robby and hope you enjoy your pictures. 

Leslie and Matt ~ I Do

Leslie and Matt were married at Erinshire Gardens in Abilene, TX. This is a beautiful venue and all of the details were an added bonus! Leslie and Matt are some of the sweetest people I've met and I was so happy to be around them and their families. Congratulations and hope you find some pictures you really love!

 

Meredith and Paul ~ I Do

Meredith and Paul were married at First United Methodist Church followed by an awesome reception in downtown Mckinney, TX at the cotton mill. I've had so much fun getting to know Meredith and Paul and was so happy for them on their beautiful day. Everything came together so perfectly and as you will see, everyone celebrated:) Here are my favs!

Jessica and Matt ~ I Do

Jessica and Matt were married on September 18th in Lubbock, TX. It was a sweet day surrounded by lots of family and friends. I have to say my favorite moment of the day was the father~daughter dance. Jessica's father sang to her while dancing. He gets the most impressive father award!:) Overall, a wonderful happy day, here are my favorites.

Angela and Charles said I Do in September at The Westin City Center in Dallas, TX. It was evident how happy family and friends were that Angela and Charles special day was finally here. The colors, the table settings, the dinner, and the amazing jazz group all played a part in creating a memorable evening! Here are my favorites!!

 

Heather and Jason ~ I Do

Heather and Jason were married at the Grace Museum in Abilene, TX in August. This wedding has been a long time coming as I did their engagements  over a year ago! Everyone was excited and I loved seeing Jason's jaw drop when he saw Heather:) Here are my favorites from their wonderful day!

Amanda and Jordan ~ I Do

I'm so excited to post these! Amanda and Jordan are simply fun people and I had such a blast at their wedding. They were married in August at the Grace Museum in Abilene, TX. They had karaoke on top of dancing at their reception which I thought was such a fun idea! Congratulations and thanks again for being an awesome duo!!

Rachel and Taylor ~ I Do: Sugar Land, Texas

Rachel and Taylor said I Do on July 31st at St. Martin's Lutheran Church in Sugar Land, TX. Their beautiful reception followed at the Safari Texas Ballroom. I was so excited for Rachel and Taylor's wedding after meeting them at the engagement session back in November. There was a great energy though out the whole day filled with anticipation, excitement, and joy! I met up with the girls at the 3-5-9 beauty spa. Check out Rachel's amazing shoes!! If you've seen Sex in the City...you know these shoes!! Here are my favorites of their big day:)

Casey and Matt ~ I Do

in

Casey and Matt were married on July 17th at Perini Ranch and Steakhouse. They have a beautiful outdoor set up for both ceremony and reception. They also have these awesome cabins were you can stay and I met all of the girls there for getting ready photos. Casey's sister did all the bridesmaids hair and she did a fabulous job! Casey has such a timeless look and I think you will agree...

Christie and Koby ~ I Do

Christie and Koby were married in Albany, TX at the Whitney Theater. This place is an awesome venue and only about 30 miles from Abilene. I loved Christie and Koby's  overall theme for the wedding and the decorations were perfectly thought out. Here are my favorites!
