This session was so much fun! For starters, I got to shoot my friend Stephanie and meet the love in her life, Johnny. I love getting to capture such a sweet and happy time in a friend's life. ​

A week before our session, Steph asked me if I would be interested in shooting a neon paint fight. Umm YEAH! I was so excited and this is a great example of just having fun with your session. They are getting married in July and I cannot wait! You must check back to see some neon surprises from the big day as well;) ​

Shea and Robert ~ Engagements: Plano, TX

Shea and Robert are one of those couples…cute, witty, and joyful. The joy part is contagious and I had so much fun spending the afternoon with them. They are getting married this May and I'm so looking forward to their big day:):):) I love how easily they make each other smile and laugh. Don't they have great teeth?! Just sayin;)

Emily and Cameron ~ Engagements: Dallas, TX

It's always a treat for me to shoot friends! I've grown up with Emily and Cameron through the years at summer church camp to then having Cameron as a neighbor for 3 years. I was thrilled when they got engaged and cannot wait to see these two say I do! Love you both dearly!!

Sarah + Andrew: Engagements: Dallas, TX

I loved working with Sarah and Andrew and I'm looking forward to their wedding in July! They met each other their first week of college at Baylor University and in the spring they will be celebrating graduation together. Congratulations and so excited for you two and and all of your new beginnings:) Hope you enjoy my favorites!

Shelley and Jake ~ Engagements: Fort Worth, TX

So excited to shoot Shelley and Jake's wedding in the spring! I had a blast running around downtown with them. They are so comfortable with each other and they were quick reminders of why I love engagement sessions! So much excitement and joy. Jake is a firefighter and they were able to get a firetruck from his old district to come and let us take pictures. It was great and added a personal touch! 

PS. This was a blind date gone right!:)

Taylor and Calvin ~ Engagements: College Station, TX

I took Taylor and Calvin's engagements in College Station at Texas A&M campus as this is where they met and started their love story. They were so great to photograph as they both can make each other laugh so easily:) Looking forward to their wedding in January!!

Amy and Blaine ~ Engagements: Dallas, TX

These two lovebirds are getting married in August and I can't wait to document their wedding day! Amy is so sweet and feels like an old friend to me. I love how Blaine makes her laugh and proof is definitely in the pictures. Thank you guys for being so easy going and taking on the over-100 degree weather..ahhh! Hope you enjoy my favs!

Mallory and Ryan ~ Engagements: Rockwall, TX

Yay! I am so excited to post these:) Had such a great time with Mallory and Ryan in beautiful Rockwall. They were naturals in front of the camera and brought lots of props which I love because it adds that personal touch to the photos. Can't wait for their wedding next May! 

Drew and Kaitlin ~ Engagements: Plano, TX

Drew and Kailtin are so amazing to take pictures of:) They are so much fun and their love for each other is so evident! I just snapped away and love how natural and comfortable they are with each other:) I am also loving spring and all of the flowers and greenery. It just makes me so happy!! 

They are getting married in August so you will see these two again. I am beyond thrilled to capture their wedding as I already know what an amazing day it will be:) 

Jacob and Alison ~ Engagements: Dallas, TX

I met with Jacob and Alison at White Rock Lake for their E-session. This was the week that the weather report kept predicting for it to rain everyday, but we lucked out with no rain and some pretty great clouds:)  Jacob and Alison are just an easy-going and sweet couple! They are getting married in November and I'm so excited to work with them again!!

Kari and Brandon ~ Engagements: Dallas, TX

This post is so special to my heart as Kari has been one of my best friends since middle school! It's so exciting to see such a special person in your life find so much happiness and the fact they asked me to capture some pictures for them, I was beyond thrilled!! They are getting married at the end of May in Arkansas and what a beautiful day it will be:)

Cody and Christina ~ Engagements: Fort Worth, TX

What a happy couple!! I had such a blast with Cody and Christina for their engagement session and they gave me plenty of love and laughter to capture. We met up at the park in Fort Worth and we were amazed by all the greenery.. in January!!

Bailie and Clint ~ Engagements: Abilene, TX

Bailie and Clint are the cutest! They did such a good job at our session and were willing to do anything:) It was very cloudy and when the sun would pop out and I would have them run in front of it so we could get some good lighting:) It was comical. Overall, great day and one great couple! 

Jessica ~ Senior: Dallas, TX

Jessica is graduating from A&M University this May and needed some pictures for announcements. The day we picked happened to be extremely windy and I thought I was back in Lubbock for a second;) She was a trooper though and on a good note, she just got engaged! So I snapped a few of her and her fiance!:) So exciting!!

Ben and Laura ~ Engagements: Dallas, TX

These two are so sweet and did such a good job picking out some spots for our session! It's always fun for me to have a new environment to take pictures in:) We had fun driving around Dallas (we as in Ben who is way better at navigating, ha) and talking about how they first met and their engagement story. They are getting married next spring and what a wonderful marriage this will be! I'm so happy for you two and hope you love your pictures!
