I first met this awesome couple at their engagement session. I knew after that session, I would love their wedding and I did! They put so much time and attention into every detail that there was something in every corner! My favorite details of the day included Kaci's bouquet and her grandmothers rings tied on the front as well as the pom poms they made to be thrown at the ceremony. Take a look:)

Dallas and Reese ~ I Do: Abilene, TX
Dallas and Reese were married at First Christian Church followed by a wonderful reception at the Abilene Country Club. This was my second time to shoot at this particular church and I have to say it's one of my favorites. It really is beautiful with all of the window light!
This was a special couple and family that were brought together on this day! It was truly meaningful and exciting. Here are my favorites:)
Sarah and Alex ~ I Do: Weatherford, TX
Oh what a sweet sweet couple!! Sarah and Alex are as nice as they come. They were married at the Chandor Gardens in Weatherford, TX. It was such a beautiful place to get married and for me to take photos! Sarah and Alex really personalized their day with so many details!
Congratulations you two and thank you for letting me capture your day! I felt blessed to be there!
Nicole and Marcus ~ I Do: Austin, TX
What a sweet and perfect couple! I had such a great time with Nicole and Marcus back in March for their E-session, I knew it would be the same for their wedding day! They were married at Brentwood Oaks Church of Christ followed by a lovely tent reception in Austin, TX. It was obvious how much Nicole and Marcus mean to their family and friends and everyone was so happy the day was finally here!
Congratulations and hope you enjoy my favs from the day!
Lauren and Jacob ~ I Do : Costa Rica
I've been so excited to post these! What a wonderful place to get married!! Costa Rica is the best place I've traveled to so far. It was absolutely gorgeous and great weather! To top it off, I got to spend more time with Lauren and Jacob and their families who are so sweet and made us feel like old friends. Cade was able to go with me and after spending time with the couple, he told me how invested he felt. It was so funny to hear him say this as I feel this way every weekend with my brides and grooms. Getting to be with them on such an important day in their lives is truly a blessing and it's a no brainer why I love what I do!
Lauren and Jacob (and family), thank you so much for asking me to come along and capture such an amazing day! I hope you find some photos you truly love!
Julie and Josh ~ I Do : Abilene, TX
I had so much fun photographing this couple as they are so expressive and as great clients would, they set aside time for me to get plenty of photos of just the two of them:)! They were married at The Grace Museum in Abilene, TX where they transformed the inside into a carnival theme. There were so many bright colors and details included in every corner of the museum. Here were my favorites from the day!

Mary and Joel ~ I Do : McKinney, TX
Mary and Joel were married at Myers Park in McKinney. It's a beautiful park for a wedding and reception. Mary loves details and she didn't miss a corner which is always fun for me! My favorite moment of the day was when she rode down to the ceremony site in her grandfather's old vintage car. We got to use it again for their couple photos which I was thrilled!
Here are my favorites from the big day! Hope you enjoy your pictures and congratulations:)

Ashley and Garrett ~ I Do : Dallas, TX
Ashley and Garrett married at East Dallas Christian Church followed by an awesome reception at Lofty Spaces in downtown Dallas. I have really liked Ashley and Garrett since our first meeting together! They are such a perfect fit for each other and I loved shooting them for each session and their wedding of course! Hope you enjoy the photos!!
This is definitely one of my favorite dress shots ever!
Ashley, you are so gorgeous!
They had a first sight and it was so so so sweet!
Lofty Spaces was a very cool reception venue. I would definitely check it out Dallas brides!
Kate and Branson ~ After Session: Fort Worth, TX
I love after sessions! In case you don't know what they are, this is a great example. If you want more photos of you and your significant other after the wedding, book an after session where you get dressed back up and we get to focus on just the two of you with no time constraints:) It's a great option for couples who do not see each other before the ceremony.
This session initially began as Kate's bridals as there was not enough time before the big day. Branson was able to join the second half and here is a collection of my favorite bridals and favorite pictures of the two of them:)
We walked around downtown Fort Worth and found some great spots for the look they were going for. They are adorable to watch while shooting! I just the love the way y'all love each other!! Hope you find some you love:)
For a refresher, click here to view their wedding last November!
Garrett and Megan ~ I Do : Galveston, TX
This couple is near and dear to my heart! I made such a quick connection with them and what a joy it was to shoot the wedding and be a part of such a heartfelt day! They have such great family and friends, you could see everyone's excitement as they said I do:)
They were married at Hotel Galvez in Galveston, TX which was an awesome venue for both their ceremony and reception. The details were great and I especially loved all the cookies with a side glass of milk! This couple is going to live all the way in London for their first year, you will have to come back and visit me k? K!
Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Winder!
Above: Amazingness! You two are so beautiful!

Love the last three exit photos!! I hope you love them!!
Justin and Emily ~ I Do: Destin, Florida
When I took Justin and Emily's engagements last year, we just clicked. We ended up joking and laughing the whole time as if we'd always known each other. So I was more than thrilled when they asked me to come along for their beach wedding in Destin, Florida. What a treat! I was so happy to see that the weather was perfect on their special day after two days of major thunderstorms.
Justin and Emily, thank you so much for bringing me along! Your family and friends are awesome and like them, I'm so happy for you two!! Hope you love your pictures!
Above: You two are beautiful!
Below: It was time for some grub and dancing by the beach:)
Missy and Jonathan ~ I Do
Missy and Jonathan crack me up! They have such fun personalities and were really fun to work with. They were married at a beautiful church, Lake Cities Church of Christ in Trophy Club, TX. Jonathan's father lead the ceremony and did such a good job. Lots of tears in that room!
The reception was also held at the church and if you have a love for sweets (me), you would have been in cake, cookie, and candy heaven:) I had a piece before I left and yuuuummmmyyy!
Congratulations Missy and Jonathan and I hope you have an amazing honeymoon in Italy!
Marion and Fab ~ I Do: McAllen, TX
This post is so near to my heart as I had the blessing of capturing such an important day for an amazing friend and his beautiful wife! I've know Marion for ten years (pre-photographer days) and and who would've known that I would be given this awesome opportunity. Marion and Fab were married at Harvey Drive Church of Christ followed by a beautiful reception at the McAllen Convention Center in McAllen, TX. I love how close Marion and Fab are to their families, such anticipation and excitement throughout the whole day. Congratulations friends and thank you for allowing me to be there! It was a blessing and I love you both!
On to my favorite part of the day ~ couple photos!
So beautiful!!
Kai and Graeme ~ I Do: Irving, TX
Kai and Graeme were married at sunset at the Las Colinas lake in Irving, Texas followed by a great reception at Glory House reception hall. Kai looked gorgeous and I loved her friendships with her bridesmaids as they were there for her for each and every little detail. The ceremony was beautiful as well and Kai was happy to see they flew in flowers from Hawaii for the big day!
I can't go without mentioning Graeme! He is so sweet and actually took time at the reception to come up to me to hug me and say thank you. He is just that kind of guy:) Congratulations to both of you and thank you for letting me capture such a meaningful day!
Tyne and Max ~ I Do
Tyne and Max were married at Monterey Church of Christ in Lubbock, Texas. This was the weekend before the snow storms and it was beautiful outside with a touch of wind. Tyne and Max decided to see each other before the ceremony which gave me some extra time to shoot just the two of them. I learned of how they met which is too cute not to share. Max picked Tyne out of a crowd and as she walked by, he yelled, "Hey pretty tall girl!" Almost a year later, pretty tall girl and Max are now husband and wife:) Here are my favorites from the day! Congratulations!
Stacie and Brandon ~ After Session
Any time I get the take pictures of Stacie and Brandon, I know I will have a blast and get some new favorite shots! They are just amazing in front of the camera and so fun to be around as well. You might remember them from their wedding post back in November. Stacie didn't get to do her bridals before the wedding, so when we were scheduling, we thought it would be great to bring Brandon along too for more pictures of them two as well. A great option for people who do not see each other before the wedding and want more photos is an after session!
Here are the amazing Stacie and Brandon!:)
Callie and Tim ~ I Do
Callie and Tim are a breath of fresh air! Like so many of my clients, they were so easy to work with and delightful to be around. Aside from their wedding day, another celebration took place a few months ago as they brought a precious baby girl into the world. She looked so precious in her miniature red dress!
One thing I have to mention of course is that Tim is from New Zealand. Some of his family and friends came all the way to McKinney for the wedding and yes I loved talking with them just so I could hear their accent. Guilty! I loved that they incorporated treats and music from New Zealand. Tim's mom gave me a New Zealand chocolate pie to take home with me. LOVE!
I love how they met! Hopefully I tell this right;) Callie's step father is a professor where Tim attended college. Her step father and mother fell in love with him and wanted to introduce him to Callie immediately! They did and the rest is history:)
Callie and Tim were married in McKinney at the Cotton Mill. I've shot a few weddings there and it's always amazing to see how each client can transform the place:) As for getting ready, I met up with Callie and the girls downtown at the Grand Hotel.
Gorgeous!!
The bottom two are my favorites:)
